We are here when you need us. Our doctors office is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. and is conveniently located next to Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center. Scheduling an appointment can be easily done online anytime via MyChart or over the phone at 336-893-2420.
We reserve early morning, same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients, and accept walk-in patients any time our office is open.
Our providers and staff are husbands, wives, sons, daughters, mothers and fathers. We understand how much your family means to you and how much you value quality medical care for them and for yourself. We are here to deliver just that. We work to get to know your family, not just your medical history or current condition. This helps us understand how health issues affect more than just one person, and how families can work together to lead happier, healthier lives.
And a conscience.
Our practice strives to do more than just treat illnesses or complete physical exams. We aim to be a leader and innovator of primary care. Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of our patients and our community as a whole, and we aim to do that while upholding the following values:
- We will treat our patients as our neighbors.
- We will be patient-focused.
- We will provide remarkable service at every patient encounter.
- We will be compassionate and caring.
Patient-Centered Medical Home
Novant Health Village Point Family Medicine has achieved the designation of Patient-Centered Medical Home from the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). This designation is given to practices which take steps to improve patients' primary care experiences. This designation demands that we offer not just a high quality of medical care, but we work toward excellent communication and take a comprehensive approach toward patient care. You, the patient, benefit when all of your medical care providers are working as a team and coordinating care over time.
